 I am pleased to announce that Debra Williams has agreed to serve as the COO of NSO! Debra has a wealth of experience as a chief human resource and business operations executive. She has expertise in transformative leadership and performance management. In addition to the COO responsibilities, Debra will continue to provide oversight for Human Resources. A results-oriented, strategic leader known for achieving measurable outcomes by creating strong, collaborative partnerships across organizations, she has more than 25 years’ experience partnering with boards, C-suite executives and leaders. Industry experience includes healthcare, education, hospitality, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, technology, energy, utilities, communications, and insurance, in both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. Additionally, Debra has served on more than a dozen community boards, including Board Chair of a United Way in Indiana.
