MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of Neighborhood Organization and Development is to improve the economic, social, cultural, and environmental conditions of Detroit area neighborhoods.
NSO's Neighborhood Organization & Development provides technical assistance and training to community-based organizations, faith-based institutions, neighborhood block clubs and other entities that provide services to the community. Their goal is to strengthen the organizational capacity of groups engaged in developing community leadership and neighborhood revitalization, and to assist organizations in problem solving and neighborhood planning.
